We use Australia Post. Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Once your order is placed online, we will forward confirmation email. Your order will be dispatched immediately upon receipt of cleared funds. When choosing your delivery area please double check the freight page for correct Area Codes.
For international orders we offer a personal service. Freight will be charged after your order is placed depending on weight and country. If you would like to know the freight prior to ordering, please email a list of your required items and destination.
Eg. Small parcel (under 500g) to the U.S.
-AIR $14.85 - for standard delivery of parcels within 3 to 10 working days.
-SEA $10.55 - the cheapest option for delivery of parcels within 2 to 3 months.

A recipient must be available to receive registered parcels. Insurance cover of up to $100 for purchases. Extra insurance cover of up to $5000 per article can be purchased for $1.10 per $100 or part thereof, up to the $5000 maximum
Australia Post Express
Quick delivery service. Arrival within 1-2 business days. Not Insured
We accept no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the postal system and any problems must be taken up with Australia Post.
You may also collect your purchases in Brisbane, please contact our warehouse to arrange a pickup time. We are happy to fit around your work and business times with hours to suit you.

We want you to love what you have ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products for any reason we will gladly replace the item or give you a credit (excluding postage charges).
Requests for return, exchange or credit must be received by us within 14 days of the invoice date. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this time.
Product should be returned to h..Art of Bali for credit or replacement with a letter detailing the reason for return.
